Transmit to OneTouch an instruction sheet with all the debtors’ information and OneTouch will:

Prepare the Writ

Prepare the Memo Costs

Prepare the Sheriff Instructions

Prepare the Notice of Levy

Prepare the Memo of Garnishment (and or)

Prepare the Application for Earnings Withholding Order

Prepare the Earnings Withholding Order

Prepare the Employer’s return

Advance and issue the checks for the court and sheriff fees

Once documents have been prepared OneTouch will:

Return the prepared documents to the law firm for original signature

Pick up the signed documents

Have the court issue writ

Open the levy or Earnings Withholding Order with the sheriff

Serve the levy on the bank (and or)

Serve the Earnings Withholding Order on the employer

File the proof with the sheriff within 5 days

The $65.00 charge applies to the following counties:

Orange

San Diego

Riverside

San Bernardino

Sacramento

Ventura

San Francisco

Alameda

Santa Clara

San Mateo

Contra Costa
